Rashida Jones
Rashida Jones was born in Los Angeles,
California, the younger daughter of media mogul, producer, and musician Quincy
Jones and actress Peggy Lipton. Kidada Jones is her older sister. She also has
five half-siblings from her father's other relationships. Her father is
African-American, and her mother Ashkenazi Jewish (a descendant from the
emigrants who emigrated to Russia and Latvia). Rashida was raised in Reform
Judaism. She was born in Bel Air Los Angeles, California. Jones declared that
her mixed race parentage was not accepted by society until the 1970s. Jones has
made her professional acting debut on The Last Don, a mini-series that aired in
1997 based on the novel by Mario Puzo. Rashida completed her studies at Harvard
University in 1997. She was a student at the Buckley School in Sherman Oaks

introduction. The song's title was inspired by the poem. Rashida's dad is
African-American but also has smaller quantities of English, Scottish, and
Welsh and Scottish ancestry (some of his African relatives were of the Tikar
people of Cameroon). Rashida's mother is Ashkenazi Jewish (of Russian Jewish
and Latvian Jewish descent). Her maternal grandparents, who were both of South
Carolina, and Mississippi are the paternal grandparents of her father. Her
maternal grandfather was born to New Yorkers and her maternal grandmother was
